The Federal Government has proposed regulations that would enable it to:
     •   Detain immigrant families indefinitely;
     •   Detain immigrant kids indefinitely;
     •   Lower the standards of care in the facilities in which immigrant families and kids are kept; and
     •   Diminish legal protections for immigrant kids.
