Public Charge: Submit a Comment to the Federal Government

 

The Trump Administration’s proposed “public charge” rule could deny legal status to middle- and working-class immigrants seeking to enter the United States, as well as immigrants living in the U.S. applying for green cards, if they have used- or may use- certain public benefits and services, including food, health, and housing benefits.
